Like it loud? Great, so do we! We start off with a little RnB to ease you in, and then as you start to sweat, we crank up the booty shakin’ bass bumpin' hip hop beats! We join a series of postures to create sequences of flow, matching our breath to our movement & generating heat in the body. On Fridays, all the tunes are Old School to end your week with a fun, uplifting class. Class is All Levels however some fitness is recommended.
This class is free as it is run by a volunteer, graduate teacher. Each month classes will support a different charity, so we ask for a small donation to support this.
