Equal parts Vinyasa flow and nourishing Yin. 

Beginning with a flow to warm up the body and relieve any pent up tension from the day, the second half of class dives into a static yin class, supported by bolsters and blocks to reach deep into the connective tissue and set you up for a glorious restful evening.

Class is all levels.
