Midland Tween Yoga - Term 1

A fun and engaging class taught by Genie, qualified teacher and mother of tweenagers herself, creates a safe space for your 10-15 year old to practise yoga, relaxation and mindfulness. Throughout the term, students will develop relationships with like-minded peers whilst developing their resiliency, self-esteem and self-confidence. Each week, Genie will work with your child to help them develop their own toolbox of skills and strategies, allowing them to not only cope, but thrive in their everyday lives. And in our signature style, our Tween Yoga classes at Vital Beat are teamed with fun, age-appropriate music!
