Able, Stable & Strong

Taught by Amanda Koh
October 24, 2026 2:00 pm · 2 hours Yoga / Breathwork

Stable & Strong vs Stamina & Sticky Tape

Kinesiology taping and movement for hyper-mobile bodies

This is a two-hour, hands-on workshop for hyper-mobile folks who want to feel more stable, and less like they're held together with willpower & sticky tape.  Amanda Koh and Justine Teng are back from Singapore to teach you how to use kinesiology tape to give your joints extra feedback and support. Then they'll put it to work in movement, exploring physical practice techniques that build stability and strength through range, rather than past it.

Hyper-mobility and neurodivergence tend to show up together, which makes this workshop a natural fit for anyone with tight muscles and unstable joints, those wanting to support their body in everyday life, and anyone curious about how to get the best out of taping. No experience needed.

Every participant receives one roll of KT tape to use in the workshop and the remainder to take home. **If you have an adhesive allergy or sensitive skin, please let us know before you book.
