Located in the Coal Dam Park grass area this beautiful outdoor offering is as close to a studio feel as we can get, ith classes nestled into the serene grass area with the soothing sounds of water lulling you into calm, creating a space where you can relax and breathe.
Yin is the perfect complimentary practice to our dynamic classes, in fact, the perfect complement to ANY dynamic training/workout program, Yin yoga involves slow-paced, longer stretches, that reach into the deep connective tissue of the ligaments and fascia, not just the muscles. Poses are taken on the floor with an array of props to support you, and each posture is held in a semi-relaxed state for 3-5 minutes.
This new addition to the timetable allows us to appreciate the warm afternoons and find stillness in nature before the weather changes and we move back indoors. It is a perfect class for those wishing to remain outdoors during this time and is not affected by the current double vax mandate.
With neo soul, jazz, acoustic covers, instrumental, and radiant atmospheric tunes, Soulful Yin is a gorgeous escape to an island of yoga within a sea of music, with the backdrop of fresh air and no mask requirements.
Class is All Levels, but especially lovely for beginners.

🍃Please bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on.
🍃Book via Punchpass as you normally would.
🍃Please bring any props you might like, such as a bolster or folded blanket.
🍃Parking is available in side streets or the carpark nearby.
🍃No masks are required for this outdoor class but you’re welcome to wear one if you prefer.
🍃All welcome as vaccination status is not applicable.
As the sun begins to set earlier, this Sunday afternoon offering will move from 6pm to 5.30pm from the 20th March and whenever inclement weather hits, the class will move back indoors to the studio.
