Join international movement educator Amanda Koh (Singapore) as she comes to Perth to bring us 3 hours of safe, empowering movement practice to demystify the magical world of backbends and spinal flexion. With over 15 years experience in working with movement and empowering people in their personal movement journey, this hands-on session will enable you to explore hip, upper and thoracic back mobility to achieve spacious backbends in an expert-guided environment.
Suitable for any movement enthusiast with at least a basic regular Pilates or Yoga practice, and for movement teachers who would like to spice up their backbends game.
Backbends don't have to be difficult or scary and most certainly shouldn’t be painful. Understanding your biomechanics and the science of stretch and alignment will help you to leave this class completely inspired.
