With over 15 years experience in working with movement and empowering people in their personal movement journey, join international movement educator Amanda Koh (Singapore) as she comes to Perth to deliver 3 very different but equally wonderful workshops this September.
Our 2 hour session will focus on this session will focus on releasing neck and shoulder tension and achieve ease in upper back mobility. Neck and shoulder tension can cause headaches, dizziness and nausea, as well as symptoms similar to vertigo. It can affect your sleep and really steal your joy.
This session will give you what you need in the most efficient and straightforward way, using myofascial release, gentle assisted stretching, targeted movement exercises, alongside props and relaxation techniques. Achieve immediate and significant release and know how to make it happen for yourself if the tension and pain returns.
You don’t need to be practising yoga or pilates to attend this session. Anyone who is in pain, or wishes to prevent pain, can show up for this.
