Join us for a full day yoga retreat, to celebrate the warming of our air and the unfurling of our native blooms, as we bask in the cycle of Spring/Kambarang (the Noongar season of birth).
Our day begins with a nourishing slow flow yoga class, to prime the physical body for having an open & holistic outlook for the days two creative projects.
We'll dive into our priorities for the coming season, exploring the concept of compassion as a tool for developing spring habits that serve you no matter the weather. We'll then be joined by guest artist & ceramicist Steph De Biasi to unleash our creativity with clay in a mindful, grounding process of working natural materials with your hands - and you get to take your clay creation home!
Then, using Australian natives and garden favourites, we will be building our own smudge sticks, to use in space clearing rituals or to simply energise your home for the season of birth.
We'll end the day with a nurturing Yin Yoga Massage class, where you'll be taken through a Spring Yin sequence while simultaneously receiving gentle relaxation massage from our trained Massage Therapist, which will send you floating home.
Please arrive at 8.50am for a 9am Retreat commencement.
