The Noongar season of fertility, Makuru is when rains come and the rivers flow, bringing new life and growth to the land, abundance reigns as greater freedom settles in. In celebration and acknowledgment of the traditional custodians of our land, we come together to honour the change of season, with our Full Moon Meditation & Community Gathering.
This is an inclusive space, welcoming all backgrounds, experiences, bodies and identities, so whether you meditate regularly or are at the very beginning of exploring its benefits, you are able to simply rest and allow yourself to be. A chance to connect, create mental space; as you release the old, letting go of what no longer serves you, and ushering in the energy required for the initiatives of the new moon.
These offerings, run on the first Full Moon of each Noongar season, are a unique blend of guided full moon meditation, community, mantra, ceremony, herbal teas and tasty snacks created by each teacher specifically for you.
Please bring anything that might serve you (such as a blanket, or a journal) or anything you'd like to place in the circle, such as favourite crystals or sentimental items.
This event is always FREE to attend, all welcome but bookings are essential
