New to Reformer? Wanting to unwind? This is great place to start! 

This class sets aside the core/booty/shoulder burn that you might expect from Reformer.  Instead we focus on active and passive stretching, mobility, recovery, and down-regulating our nervous system through movement, low lights and chill out tunes. Which means it's also perfect for those new to reformer, with time to get used the movement and machines! 

We want everyone to get the benefits of pilates, so please ensure you consult your health care professional if you have any concerns with acute or chronic injury; as this is a general fitness class not designed for specific rehabilitation requirements.

The Vital Beat offering of Reformer Pilates is one of playfulness, safety, inspired & mindful movement, and of course our signature playlists!

** Bookings open 7 days prior, so book your next class as you leave your current one. 
** Wearing of Pilates grip socks is encouraged but not essential ( socks can be purchased in-studio)**
