A blend of guided relaxation and breathwork techniques, designed to use in class and life outside the studio. A class designed to nourish and nurture, this 45 minute offering is available as a class option on all active passes and memberships, so every part of the Vital Beat community can experience the comforting, calm and clarity that learning to breathe again brings.  Blankets, bolsters and soft fairy light add to the ambiance of this monthly offering. 

Offered on the third Wednesday each month.

*Breath retention techniques are not recommended for pregnancy, so please chat to the teacher prior to class for alternative breath options.

Valid Passes/Memberships for this class: 

All passes and memberships (Pilates & Yoga) may be used for this class excluding Kids/Tweens Passes. 🙌🏽
