New to Reformer? Or need a break from a core / booty burn style class? This is great place to start! 

This class sets aside the core/booty/shoulder burn that you might expect from our Reformer.  Instead we focus on active and passive stretching, mobility, recovery, and down-regulating our nervous system. If you’re returning after a break, are pregnant or postpartum, or simply need to take it easy Reformer Stretch & Mobility might be your jam 💪🏼 

We want everyone to get the benefits of pilates, so please ensure you consult your health care professional if you have any concerns with acute or chronic injury; as this is a general fitness class not designed for specific rehabilitation requirements.

The Vital Beat offering of Reformer Pilates is one of playfulness, safety, inspired & mindful movement, and of course our signature playlists!
