Pre & Post Natal Reformer
This is a gentle version of our Reformer offering, designed for the Pregnant and Postpartum body. This class is run by Instructors trained specifically in guiding Pre & Postnatal Reformer, you are in good hands! With movements focused on keeping your body safe & empowered, combined with our sweet as playlists, Pre & Postnatal Reformer is for the active parent.
BABIES WELCOME!
This class caters to new parents as well as expectant ones, so babies are welcome. If your babies are not mobile, we recommend bringing something for them to lay on or sit in, if your babies are mobile we also have a playpen to keep them a safe distance from the equipment but still within sight!
Suitable for pregnant women 12 weeks & up, and for new parents after their 6-week postpartum checkup.
Please confirm with your health care provider that this class will be suitable for you before booking in.
** Wearing of Pilates grip socks is encouraged but not essential ( socks can be purchased in-studio)**
** Bookings open 7 days prior, so book your next class as you leave your current one.
