As the most dynamic yoga class on the timetable, Rhythm and Flow is our signature offering. We start off with low tempo, deep bass line vibes to ease you in, and then as you start to sweat, we crank up the booty shakinโ€™ beats! Joining a series of postures to create sequences of asana flow, we match our movement to our breath to generate intentional heat (tapas) in the body.
Class is All Levels however some fitness is recommended as the class has a consistent pace aligned with our breath.

Accessibility:
Class includes movements that get up and down from the floor, and some load bearing on the arms. The class design itself begins and finishes on the floor, with the central third of the class being a standing asana series, with flows often repeating and building in layers. The central component of the class involves moving the body in a pattern that matches our inhales and exhales. Expect shapes like downward dog, chaturanga / plank, core strengthening & hip mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Props are often used and layers are offered. Class may also workshop more complex shapes such as arm balances or standing balancing.
