Reformer Pilates - Open Level

The Reformer looks like something out of a medieval dungeon - but we promise it isn't. The machines use springs, cables, pulleys, and resistance, to help move your body through a full range of motion that builds strength, increases mobility, and improves stability through the joints. Springs and weights adjust easily, so intensity is variable and it works brilliantly alongside yoga, or completely on its own. Expect core stabilisation, muscle endurance, balance, and coordination - plus the kind of playlist that makes you forget you're working hard.
Before You Book:
New to Reformer? You can always start with a Reformer 101 Session - our 30-minute private intro session, to assist with your confidence before stepping into the regular timetable. Injury or health concerns? These are general fitness classes, not designed for specific rehabilitation requirements. Please check in with your healthcare provider if you're managing anything acute or chronic.
Pregnant? Not recommended during advanced pregnancy, contact us for more information on our classes that may be most suitable or check out our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates & Yoga classes.
Grip socks are encouraged but not essential - grab a pair in-studio if you need them.
