Join the Vital Beat teaching team for our dedicated beginner class, as we deconstruct key poses, key flows, & correct alignment, to help you feel confident and safe on the mat.
We keep this class intentionally small so we can give you extra support!
You will be given the tips and tools to develop a safe, sustainable, rewarding yoga practice. With a different focus each week, you'll learn about breath management (pranayama), asana (poses), bandhas (energy locks), core awareness, and as the weeks progress - learn to develop & advance your practice. You can move into regular classes at any time, and return to Flow Basics if you need a little more guidance, or a refresher after a break!
Suitable for absolute newbies or existing students wanting to take it back to basics, or returning after a break.

- Your $10 ticket may be transferred to another yoga or pilates class on June 13th, 14th, 20th or 21st if requested more than 5 hours prior to class time.
