A practice that will leave all participants with new knowledge and confidence to practice and share simple arm balancing techniques. 2. AWAKEN YOUR ARMS Work on more advanced transitions in this dynamic section that will give you clarity around tricky techniques as you play, explore and refine. We will play around learning to fly, but you do NOT need a strong arm balance practice to benefit from this workshop! |
