Equal parts Vinyasa flow and nourishing Yin. 

Beginning with a steady but invigorating flow to warm up the body and relieve any pent up tension from the day, the second half of this class dives down into a Yin class, a practice of long stretches and stillness, supported by bolsters and blocks to reach deep into the connective tissue and set you up for a glorious restful evening.

Class is all levels.
