Yin/Yang Yoga is a fusion of the philosophies of Yin Yoga; slow, deep and juicy longer holds working on our yin muscles, and Yang Yoga (Vinyasa); dynamic and fun flows in sync with our breath. Together Yin Yang yoga creates an energetically balanced practice that allows you to leave class not only energised, but grounded. Paired with our smooth grooves, Slow flow Yin Yang is the most delicious way to find peace in movement. No experience necessary.
