You will be given the tips and tools to develop a safe, sustainable, rewarding yoga practice. With a different focus each week, you'll learn about breath management (pranayama), asana (poses), bandhas (energy locks), core awareness, and as the weeks progress - learn to develop & advance your practice. You can move into regular classes at any time, and return to Foundational Flowz if you need a little more guidance, or a refresher after a break! Suitable for absolute newbies or existing students wanting to take it back to basics.
