Which means you can vary the amount of times you come each week based on your time commitments, come more frequently some weeks, and less frequently others. You can even take time off from attending and then catch up on the weeks that follow!
*Please note: The Flow+ Membership is a special mid-tier membership not listed online, that sits between Flow & Fire. It offers 6 Reformer Pilates classes a fortnight as well as unlimited yoga classes. It's usually priced at $52.50 a week.

- Generous - Cancel more than five hours before your class to avoid losing your visit. No refunds or rollovers for missed or late-cancelled classes with less than 5 hours notice.
- Includes - Our regular schedule of yoga and reformer classes, does not include Online Classes, Kids Yoga, Tweens Yoga, Events, Workshops, Retail discounts or Retreats.
