Our Pregnancy Yoga runs as a 5 week course, with relaxation techniques & guided discussions on empowered pregnancy & birth. Our particular style at Vital Beat involves a mixture of strength-building asanas, deeply nourishing stretches, and relaxation/breathing techniques, all paired with our signature RnB tunes and fun beats. Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Recommended for women 14 weeks pregnant and above. No yoga experience necessary.
